The history of taste

SAYFIN TEA

Our TEA is more than just a drink. It is a symphony that tells the story of a journey through sunlight and fresh morning air, where nature's rich gifts merge in perfect harmony.

With each sip, the world around us seems to stop and time becomes irrelevant. This is tea and its taste encompasses the delicate aroma of blooming gardens and the sound of waves lapping against the shore.

1620 KILOMETERS, SOCHI

n the year 2024, I decided to travel to the beautiful city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory, by car. On the way, I stopped at the mountains of Khosta where I had my first encounter with real tea plantations. It was great to see how tea was grown and harvested, and I had the opportunity to taste some of the early harvest. This was the start of my journey into the world of Sochian tea and I'm looking forward to exploring it further.

1740 KILOMETERS, NEW ATHOS

The border of Russia, a long road along the sea, the untouched nature of Abkhazia, the New Athos Simon-Canaanite Monastery, and the hiking trail leading to it, tents with mountain views, black pomegranate tea, peace of mind, and endless faith.

1803 KILOMETERS, YALTA

Crimean bridge. The Taurida highway. Moskovskaya street flowing into Lenin Embankment. The mountain plateau and the Ai-Petri trident are somewhere in the distance at an altitude of 1234 meters... Crimean rose and the aromas of inflorescences...
