USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines all essential terms of use of the internet resource - the website located at http://dmitriysayfin.com/ (hereafter referred to as "the Website").

The agreement is an agreement between SAYFIN LLC (herein referred to as Administrator) and any person accessing and/or using the Site (henceforth referred to as User).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to information and services posted on the Website.

1.2. The Agreement applies to all Site services existing at the time of use, as well as previous or subsequent modifications and modifications.

1.4. The full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement is the User's use of the Website and access to its services.
1.5. The User who does not agree with the terms of the current version of the Agreement in whole or in part is obliged to stop any use of the Site.
1.6. The Agreement, any part of it, may be changed by the Administrator without special notification to Users. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Administrator's website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The User is obliged to familiarize himself with the text of the Agreement every time he accesses the Site.

2. ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS. RIGHTS AND PROHIBITIONS FOR USERS

2.1 The Site Administrator has the right to:
2.1.1 Change the content of the website, delete any content (text, photos, videos, etc.), hereinafter referred to as "Content";
2.1.2 To prohibit or restrict a user's access to certain services on the website;
2.1.3 Restrict access to the website in case of a breach by the user of the terms and conditions of the agreement;

2.1.5 Refuse to assign a unique customer number (CLIENT ID) to a user.
2.2 The website user has the right:
2.2.1 Use the website on the terms specified in the agreement and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

2.3 The user is prohibited from :

2.3.1 Posting any content on the website that violates current Russian legislation ;
2.3.2 Using malicious programs or programs that interfere with other users of the site.
2.3.3 Post content containing offensive, degrading, or discriminatory material, as well as violating the rights of minors.
2.3.4 Post content that violates copyright, related rights, and rights to individualization.
2.3.5 Post content that generally violates rules of communication on the internet.
Posting personal data of third parties or disclosing other confidential information.
Using content obtained from the website for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use.

3. THE RIGHTS TO THE CONTENT. TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

3.1 The Site Administrator holds copyright and related rights to all materials on the site, including individualization. He also uses these materials with the consent of other copyright holders.
3.2 The Administrator grants users the right to use copyrighted works under a free, non-exclusive license according to the terms of the agreement.
3.3 Based on this agreement, the administrator grants the user the right to:

- send messages to and receive information from the administrator.
3.4 No other use of the website or content is permitted without the permission of the copyright owner. 3.5 The user has no right to copy content from the website.

4. AGREEMENT AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4.1 When filling out forms on the website or sending messages to the administrator, the user provides data.
4.2 The administrator does not verify information provided by users and is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such information to any third party.
4.3 Unless otherwise proven by the user, actions taken to send a message using their email address or phone number will be considered as done by the user themselves.
4.4 The personal data provided to the administrator in connection with using the site will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Policy posted at http://dmitriysayfin.com/policy-1
4.5 By using the website, users fully and unconditionally accept the personal data processing policy.
4.6. The Administrator agrees to use the User's personal information to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement. The user consents to transfer of personal data from the administrator to third parties specified in the Privacy Policy and processing of personal information by the user by third parties. These third parties must respect the confidentiality and security of the personal information when processing it.
4.7. With the consent of the user, the administrator engages the following third parties in processing personal data to fulfill obligations to users: mailing services and Vigbo website builders, as well as providing data (email address, contact phone number, name, review, etc.).
4.8 If the User provides false data or the Administrator has doubts about the accuracy of the data, the Administrator may request supporting documents from the User and, before providing such documents, may suspend or deny access to the Site and its services to the User.

5. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1. The Site Administrator provides its services in "as is" mode.
5.2. The actions (inactions) of the User that result in violation of the rights of the Administrator to the Site, its components and the contents of the Site incur criminal, civil and administrative liability under the laws of the Russian Federation.
5.3. The administrator is not responsible:
5.3.1 For any possible losses related to the use of the site and its content;
5. 3.2 For visiting and using links to external resources posted on the website, including advertising materials, and for using information from such external resources;

5.4 For temporarily terminating access to the site, including due to technical problems in telecommunications and computer systems.
5.3.5 For improper functioning of the website, if the user does not have the necessary technical means or software to use it.
5.3.6 For non-compliance with the website and its services as well as content with the user's expectations, goals, or requirements.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1 Using the website using a web browser that accepts cookies means that the user agrees that the administrator can collect and process cookies to improve the website, its content and functionality.
6.2 All issues related to website use not covered by the agreement are resolved according to the current legislation of Russia.
6.3 Disputes and disagreements between parties arising from the agreement must be resolved through mandatory pre-court procedures. If disagreements are not settled within 30 days from receipt of claim by one party, the dispute will be transferred to court at administrator's location.
